Order Processing Time
We proceed and ship orders depending on their intricacies due to our made-to-order capabilities: non-embroidered garments 5 days to 14 days; hand embroidered garments 1 to 6 weeks. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate or free shipping for orders over a certain amount, e.g., $5 or free for orders over $50
Express Shipping: Flat rate or calculated at checkout, e.g., $15
Overnight Shipping: Flat rate or calculated at checkout, e.g., $25
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by chatting with us on our website or sending an email to janet@janetmedinanyc.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Returns
Items purchased from janetmedinanyc.com are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt. JANETMEDINANYC offers free returns and exchanges. Eligible returns or exchanges must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. All items marked final sale are ineligible for return and are non-refundable. Final sale items include marked-down items 60% off or more and face mask accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As a part of our commitment to providing custom-made items tailored to your specific preferences, we must inform you that we do not accept returns for these products. We kindly request that you carefully consider all specifications and details before finalizing your order to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the finished product.
Unfortunately, we cannot also accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
